Our Experience

Bill Spragins has been implementing partnering processes on public and private design and construction projects for over 25 years. While working with FMI Corporation, he served several hundred projects in the United States, Canada, Australia and Indonesia, representing over $90 billion in contract value. Bill has worked on large and complex construction projects in multiple types of project delivery methods, including traditional design-bid-build, design-build and CMAR/CM-GC. Several of these projects have earned highest industry accolades for partnering, including the AGC Marvin M. Black Award and the International Partnering Institute Diamond Level Award.

Principal

Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from St. Lawrence University in Canton, N.Y., and spent a semester studying in Nairobi, Kenya. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Denver. For delivery of teambuilding services, Bill additionally pulls from his experiences playing on top level athletic teams at the high school, college and post-collegiate levels.
